AskIR lives on your investor website. It answers questions in plain language using only the public information you approve, then links every response to the source. If the answer isn't on the record, it says so.
One script tag. No stock opinions. No predictions. No filling in the blanks.
Give investors a clear response when they're already paying attention—not hours later from an inbox.
Every factual answer points back to the approved document and date it came from.
Turn a quick question into a deeper look at your releases, website content, and supporting materials.
See the questions investors ask repeatedly—and where your public record leaves them wanting more.
Vantage connects your news releases and approved website content. Decks, factsheets, management bios, and FAQs can be added when you want them included.
Paste the AskIR script into your site. It runs in its own protected layer, so it works cleanly with your existing platform and design.
New releases are added after dissemination. Investors can ask about the latest public information, with the document and date attached.

Enter a TSXV, CSE, or TSX ticker. AskIR finds the company's website, reads its news releases and site pages, builds a temporary assistant, and lets you ask it questions right here. Nothing is installed anywhere.
Unofficial and temporary: the trial is not affiliated with or reviewed by the company, uses only what is public on its website today, and is deleted after seven days. A few questions in, we'll ask for your work email.
For each question, AskIR works from the relevant passages in your approved sources—not remembered facts about your company or a general web search. Before an answer appears, it has to clear four checks.
AskIR looks only inside the public materials cleared for your company. Nothing becomes searchable before it has been disseminated and approved.
Every fact has to point to a specific passage. If a sentence cannot be supported, it does not make it into the answer.
A separate verification step compares the draft with the cited text—including the numbers, dates, names, and important qualifiers.
Every source update runs a company-specific test set: questions AskIR should answer and traps it must refuse. A failed trap blocks the update.
The portal gives your team a running view of what investors care about: what they ask, what they read, and where the public record leaves them looking for more.
Follow conversations, answers, investor signups, refusals, and plan usage over time.
Search conversations by date, topic, or outcome, then open the full exchange when context matters.
See unanswered questions grouped by reason, so recurring points of confusion are easy to spot.
Review opted-in investors alongside the questions they asked and the documents they opened.
See which approved sources are being cited, viewed, and downloaded most often.
Manage its appearance, suggested questions, approved domains, IR contact, and plan settings.
Every plan includes a daily and monthly answer allowance. If you reach it, AskIR keeps helping investors find source documents until the allowance resets—without an unexpected usage bill.
A setup fee applies. We share pricing on the call and scope the plan around your investor traffic.
No. AskIR explains information your company has already made public and links back to the source. It will not give an opinion on the shares, suggest a valuation or target, or tell someone to buy, sell, or hold. Visitors see this clearly before they begin.
Only the sources approved for your company—typically news releases and website content, plus any decks, factsheets, management bios, or FAQs you choose to include. For each question, the answer is built from relevant passages in that source library.
AskIR says it cannot answer, explains why in plain language, and points the investor to your IR contact. Your team can also see those unanswered questions in the portal, which helps reveal gaps in the public record.
Wire-disseminated news releases are normally added within fifteen minutes. Other materials wait for Vantage approval. Nothing can be used before its recorded dissemination time.
No. Your documents and conversations are not used to train models. They are stored on infrastructure operated for AskIR, encrypted at rest, and handled under a defined retention policy and data processing agreement.
Yes. The optional contact flow can ask for an email and, if the investor wishes, a name and investor type. Consent is explicit and recorded. AskIR keeps this as an activity ledger for your IR team; it does not send marketing emails.
AskIR is designed to work with the site you already have. It is added with one script tag and runs in an isolated layer, so your site's theme cannot interfere with it. The integration supports WordPress, Webflow, Squarespace, Wix, and static HTML sites.
