AI investor relations assistant

Turn public disclosure into clear investor answers.

AskIR lives on your investor website. It answers questions in plain language using only the public information you approve, then links every response to the source. If the answer isn't on the record, it says so.

One script tag. No stock opinions. No predictions. No filling in the blanks.

Built for investor relations

Useful answers, while investor interest is high.

Answer in the moment

Give investors a clear response when they're already paying attention—not hours later from an inbox.

Show the source

Every factual answer points back to the approved document and date it came from.

Keep investors exploring

Turn a quick question into a deeper look at your releases, website content, and supporting materials.

Hear what the market needs

See the questions investors ask repeatedly—and where your public record leaves them wanting more.

How it works

Go live without rebuilding your website

1

Build the source library

Vantage connects your news releases and approved website content. Decks, factsheets, management bios, and FAQs can be added when you want them included.

2

Add one line of code

Paste the AskIR script into your site. It runs in its own protected layer, so it works cleanly with your existing platform and design.

3

Keep the answers current

New releases are added after dissemination. Investors can ask about the latest public information, with the document and date attached.

Try it

See it answer for your own company

Tell us your ticker or website and your work email. We read the company's public disclosure, build the assistant on a page that looks like your site, and email you the link, usually within a business day. It stays up for 24 hours and answers ten questions.

Request your preview

Unofficial and temporary. A preview is not affiliated with or reviewed by the company. Prefer a walkthrough? Book a demo.

Grounding

If it isn't in the public record, AskIR doesn't invent it

For each question, AskIR works from the relevant passages in your approved sources—not remembered facts about your company or a general web search. Before an answer appears, it has to clear four checks.

It searches approved sources

AskIR looks only inside the public materials cleared for your company. Nothing becomes searchable before it has been disseminated and approved.

It links each factual claim

Every fact has to point to a specific passage. If a sentence cannot be supported, it does not make it into the answer.

It checks the answer again

A separate verification step compares the draft with the cited text—including the numbers, dates, names, and important qualifiers.

It is tested on the hard questions

Every source update runs a company-specific test set: questions AskIR should answer and traps it must refuse. A failed trap blocks the update.

What it will do

  • ✓ Pull figures from your releases and show the document and date
  • ✓ Use the latest source when two documents cover the same topic
  • ✓ Take investors directly to the original document
  • ✓ Keep the source's qualifiers, such as estimated or unaudited
  • ✓ Hand off to your IR contact when the record has no answer

What it will never do

  • ✕ Offer a view on the stock, a valuation, or buy / sell / hold
  • ✕ Predict results, timelines, or the share price
  • ✕ Guess about financings, M&A, assays, or management changes
  • ✕ Make your prospects sound stronger than the source does
  • ✕ Wander into other companies or topics outside your record

Understand each contact

Review opted-in investors alongside the questions they asked and the documents they opened.

Follow document interest

See which approved sources are being cited, viewed, and downloaded most often.

Keep AskIR on brand

Questions

Straight answers

Is AskIR investment advice?

No. AskIR explains information your company has already made public and links back to the source. It will not give an opinion on the shares, suggest a valuation or target, or tell someone to buy, sell, or hold. Visitors see this clearly before they begin.

What information can AskIR use?

Only the sources approved for your company—typically news releases and website content, plus any decks, factsheets, management bios, or FAQs you choose to include. For each question, the answer is built from relevant passages in that source library.

What happens when the answer isn't public?

AskIR says it cannot answer, explains why in plain language, and points the investor to your IR contact. Your team can also see those unanswered questions in the portal, which helps reveal gaps in the public record.

Which languages does it speak?

English by default, with French, Spanish, German and Chinese a tap away on the panel. You choose the default for your site. Quotes, figures and document titles always stay exactly as they appear in your source documents.

Which markets does AskIR cover?

Companies listed on the TSX Venture, CSE, TSX, ASX, NASDAQ and NYSE, and companies quoted on OTC Markets. Share prices and index levels are stated in the market's own currency with their source.

How quickly is a new release available?

News releases are picked up from the market's official record within about fifteen minutes and go live automatically. Other materials wait for Vantage approval. Nothing can be used before its recorded dissemination time.

Is our information used to train AI models?

No. Your documents and conversations are not used to train models. They are stored on infrastructure operated for AskIR, encrypted at rest, and handled under a defined retention policy and data processing agreement.

Can investors choose to share their details?

Yes. The optional contact flow can ask for an email and, if the investor wishes, a name and investor type. Consent is explicit and recorded. AskIR keeps this as an activity ledger for your IR team; it does not send marketing emails.

Will AskIR work with our current website?

AskIR is designed to work with the site you already have. It is added with one script tag and runs in an isolated layer, so your site's theme cannot interfere with it. The integration supports WordPress, Webflow, Squarespace, Wix, and static HTML sites.
